This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel—related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Aventurado JD” and “Aventurado, SRL.” refer to Aventurado J&D Travel, SRL., a Limited Liability Companies from La Romana Dominican Republic. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website.

This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they contain important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court. By accessing or using this Website, booking any reservations for travel products or services, or contacting our call center agents, you agree that the Terms of Use then in force shall apply. As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your activity, excursion or tour up to 48 hours before the activity, excursion or tour begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made day of you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days. Cancellations must be 48 hours before the date of the activity, excursion or tour. Cancellations do not apply to services booked for the next day or the same. NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP, unless you have a medical certificate.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy applied to services that are cancel with in the cancelation policy terms, please read our cancelation policy.

In case of a no-show our Cancelation policy states that no refund will apply, as well as Activity, Excursion, tour or Airport transfer cancel without previous notice of 48 hours before Activity, Excursion, tour or Airport transfer, you may not be entitled to a refunded, Unless with a Doctor note Where you are eligible for a refund, you can request such a refund from Aventurado JD Travel customer service, who will submit your request to the Provider of the Activity, Excursion, tour or Airport transfer on your behalf. OFFERS POLICY

1. The destinations, tours, packages and accommodation on offer in the Virtual Shop of AVENTURADO J&D TRAVEL SRL. they are the same as those offered in the store premises and have the same validity, however, in some cases there will be promotions that will only be exclusively purchased by our website.
2. In the Virtual Shop of AVENTURADO J&D TRAVEL SRL. of the current offer prices for the orders made by the user from the date of beginning of the offers until the day of completion of the same, as long as there is availability at the time of placing the order and the user has received the written confirmation of the order.

2. 3. Any modification made to an air ticket issued is subject to possible difference in fare and penalty according to the regulation established by the airline. For this reason we recommend not to request the issuance of the ticket until we are absolutely sure that there will be no modifications.
4. In some countries hotels charge additional taxes and local services directly to the passenger.
5. By generating a reservation and confirming it, the client accepts the price and conditions shown on the website www.aventuradojdtravel.com even if a different price is found at the point of the service. Reservations made for the same day or the next day are subject to availability, the client has the possibility to reschedule if it is not available. We recommend that for this type of reservation you contact us through WhatsApp, text message and / or phone call before making the reservation.
6. AVENTURADO J&D TRAVEL SRL. shows the information sent by the operators, if it is in another language other than English(USA), the client accepts when closing the reservation having understood all the information shown in case of not understanding it, the client should not make the reservation.

Delivery Policy

1. The travel documents will be delivered to the electronic address indicated by the user at the time of request, and in case of agreement between parties, they will be physically sent to the address indicated by the user, delivered to the person who is at that address.
2. In case of delivery agreement, the shipping cost will be added for the user who resides in provinces and / or abroad.
3. For all physical deliveries made, the person receiving the documentation must show an identity document
and sign a delivery guide to the person in charge of taking your order.
