Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide the correct information of flights, hotels/resorts where they are staying 48 hours in advance of transportation services, activities and excursions. Failure to do so will be considered NO-SHOW NON-REFUNDABLE IF NO SHOW OR LATE AT PICK-UP OR DEPARTURE TIME (shared transfers, excursions, activities and tours have a 10 minute waiting period. Private transfers, excursions, activities and tours have a 30 minute waiting period before being considered NO-SHOW). CANCELLATIONS are not applicable to services booked for the following day or the same day.
IT IS NECESSARY TO PRINT OR TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF THIS TICKET TO BOARD THE BUS OR TO CHECK-IN FOR THE TOUR.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of the tour, excursion or trip. Cancellations do not apply to services booked for the next day or the same day. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR NO SHOWS, unless you have a medical certificate. Air flight cancellations must be made by the airline and each flight has its cancellation policies, if you have a non-refundable ticket, but allow date changes, you may reschedule your trip without losing the full value of the ticket. Applicable change fees will be charged. Hotel cancellations will be subject to the policies and conditions of each reservation and hotel. Cancellation of a reservation with a non-refundable rate implies no refund of the amount paid. In case of no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
